These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MenuVista AR platform and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the restaurant or business you register for the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@getmenuvista.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective billing periods with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of menus, photos, 3D models, logos, and other content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant MenuVista a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you and your end customers. You confirm you have all rights necessary to upload that content; our upload policy sets out what is and isn’t allowed.

When you enable AR, we may submit your dish image to third-party 3D-generation providers (e.g. Meshy, Replicate, Triposr). You confirm you have the right to do so for each image, and you accept that the resulting 3D asset is provided as-is and may not perfectly match the original dish.
We aim to keep the Service running but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance and provider incidents may cause downtime.
You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, or where required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuVista disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change means you accept the updated Terms.
